1. Governing Body (Trust / Management)
At the apex of the organizational structure is the Governing Body, constituted by the management of Santoshimata Bahuddeshiy Shaikshnik Sewa Sanstha. The Governing Body is responsible for:
Defining the vision, mission, and long-term strategic direction of the institution
Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and affiliating authorities
Approving major academic, financial, and infrastructure decisions
Monitoring institutional performance and quality benchmarks

2. Chairman / Secretary / Management Representatives
The Chairman, Secretary, and management representatives act as a bridge between the Governing Body and the college administration. Their responsibilities include:

3. Principal
The Principal is the chief academic and administrative officer of the college and holds overall responsibility for institutional functioning. The Principal:

Coordinates with management, faculty, students, and external stakeholders
Ensures quality teaching–learning processes and outcome-based education
Oversees accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

4. Academic Administration Deans
They assist the Principal in academic planning and monitoring. Their responsibilities include:

Heads of Departments (HODs)
Each academic department is led by a Head of Department who is responsible for:

5. Faculty Members
